​By purchasing this service, the following Terms and Conditions are entered into by Big Tree Global Ltd (also referred to as “we”, or “us”) and the Masterclass participant (also referred to as “you”). By completing the registration details and payment of deposit both parties agree to the following terms stated herein.

Payment of deposit

Your place on the programme is secured as soon as your deposit has been received. The deposit is non-refundable, except as part of the refund policy outlined below.

Payment of remaining instalments

Payment of the remaining monthly instalments should be received in full no later than the dates specified. Once your deposit has been received we will email you the payment options (direct debit/ invoices) to fulfil the remaining instalments. Agreement to these payment options is a necessary condition to enter the course sessions. If you are not able to attend one or more of the sessions you will remain responsible for these payments unless you obtain a refund according to the refund policy set forth below. You may not avoid these payments except through the refund policy.

Cancellation policy
If you are no longer able to attend the Masterclass we can reschedule your participation to a course at a later date or arrange a refund as follows:

If you cancel two weeks prior the start of the program, you will be refunded the programme price although the deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel within less than two weeks prior to the start of the program or if you do not arrive for the program, you won’t be liable for a refund.

Refund policy

Previous participants have been very happy about joining the Masterclass. We hope you will be too. However if you feel after completing (and actively participating in) all sessions you feel that the course was not right for you we will happily refund you in full. Just email us within 24 hours following the final session at hi@bigtreeglobal.net for a full refund.

Confidentiality

Big Tree Global Ltd respects the privacy of its clients and will not disclose any information you provide throughout the course sessions. You acknowledge that during our Masterclass, you may receive personal, confidential or commercially sensitive information and hereby agree to respect the privacy of other course participants and to respect Big Tree Global's confidential information.

Specifically, you shall not share any information provided by other course participants outside of the bounds of the Masterclass unless you receive express written permission from such other participant to share the information. You hereby agree not to share the information provided to you in the Masterclass with anyone other than Big Tree Global Ltd and other Program participants.

 

Intellectual property

All content as part of the IMPACT Masterclass is the property of Big Tree Global Ltd. and protected by copyright and other laws that protect intellectual property and proprietary rights. At all times Big Tree Global Ltd remains the owner of the intellectual property used throughout the Masterclass. No course materials may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system or transmitted in any form or by any means without the prior written permission of Big Tree Global Ltd.

Your participation in the Masterclass does not result in a transfer of any intellectual property to you, and, as a condition of participation in the Program, you agree to observe and abide by all copyright and other intellectual property protection. You hereby agree that you will not modify, publish, transmit, reverse engineer, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part, found in the Masterclass.

Respect policy

You acknowledge that we operate a policy of respectful behaviour to all course participants. Abusive or violent behaviour directed at other participants or staff, unfair or dishonest practices will not be tolerated under any circumstances. We may, in its reasonable discretion and without liability or an obligation to refund any course fee, refuse to supply any course sessions to any student who engages in inappropriate behaviour.

Privacy policy

We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our customers. We will only use the contact details that you provide us with for purposes of providing our services to you if you request us to do so. I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT, BY COMPLETING MY REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT OF DEPOSIT  I ACCEPT AND AGREE TO ALL OF ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. I ENTER INTO THIS AGREEMENT VOLUNTARILY, WITH FULL KNOWLEDGE OF ITS EFFECT.
